We offer three different programs at THE LIFT. Choose the one that best fits your needs and goals.

FIT-TRIBE

FIT-TRIBE

At THE LIFT you will not see rows of cardio equipment. We use a much more effective and fun way to do “cardio”. Our Fit Tribe group training sessions are our version of a cardio workout. We’re talking high energy…music pumpin’…large group exercise that brings high level fitness to the general population. You will burn fat, burn calories and get your metabolism cranking on overdrive. TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, Concept 2 rowers (and other cool training toys) are our tools of choice to have a blast with while you torch body fat.

Strong Tribe

Strong Tribe

Strong Tribe group sessions are structured strength training workouts. Our Strong Tribe strength training system is our #1 GO TO PROGRAM that builds muscle, gets you strong and boosts your metabolism for the long haul. These group sessions are in sets of exercises for specific repetitions and each person will use weights that are challenging for set repetitions. Everyone goes at their own pace, but you will be motivated to push yourself to add a little more weight to the bar each week.
