Grill Out…Steak On

Heat the grill high for about 10 minutes

16oz. Butter Steak cut into four 4oz. pieces. (Butter Steak available at COLONIAL MARKET, Bridge Ave. Point Pleasant)

Rare is always best, but grill pieces to everyone’s specs. Just do not do well done…You will serve time in purgatory if you do ; )

Sprinkle some McCormick Mediterranean Blend seasoning on each steak.

Serve with spring mix salad, topped w/ Matt’s Slaw and drizzled with organic balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. For a side try sweet potato mash.

Killer meal with some unbeatable nutrition.
