What environment works best for you when you workout?

For example…

You haven’t been to the gym in quite a while but you have done Large Group Training in the

past and you love the fun energy of the people…the music pumping through the sound system…and you're

comfortable in that setting. Yeah…sounds like you will thrive in our

FitTribe large group program.

Or maybe you have anxiety about coming to the gym and feel more comfortable in a smaller group

where you will get a more individualized personal training experience. You will love our

Small Group Personal Training. No more than 6 in your group…with a coach who gives you

exactly what you need so each of your workouts are fun and are a custom-fit for you!

All of these things mentioned above are important because I believe and my team believes that

if you are considering a real change for your body and your health for 2020, you deserve to be

apart of a gym community that better understands your needs and provides the options that will

prove sustainable for you.

You may be thinking Why a 66 Day Challenge?

Well recently I read and shared with my team an interesting study published in the

European Journal of Social Psychology. Dr. Phillippa Lally, a lead health psychology researcher

and her research team decided to figure out just how long it actually takes for most people to form a habit.

The study examined the habits of 96 people over a 12-week period. Each person chose one new habit for the

12 weeks and reported each day on whether or not they did the behavior and how automatic the behavior felt.

Some people chose simple habits like “drinking a bottle of water with lunch.”

Others chose more difficult tasks like “running for 15 minutes before dinner.”

At the end of the 12 weeks, the researchers analyzed the data to determine how long it

took each person to go from starting a new behavior to automatically doing it (habit).

The answer?

On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new

behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact.

When my team and I discussed this study and the potential implications it could have

for both our current and future clients…it was clear to us that we needed to develop the

program and tools to support it!

Ultimately it was simply a matter of making options available that could easily segue into sustainable habits.

  • Training options that support your personal goal!
  • Group options that accommodate the environment you like to train!
  • Nutrition options that will map out how you want to eat!
  • Weekly inBody scan to make sure you are on track to succeed!
  • Weekly 'Live' Zoom calls with Coach Matt to answer your questions and keep you dialed in! (Game Changer)

And all the support you will ever need from our LIFT GYM Community and Our Coaching Team

If you have a strong sense that we can help you achieve what you want to achieve in 2020…
