training schedule is structured on a six week sliding schedule. We have found that this sliding schedule design exposes our clients to all of the qualities that make up a well rounded training program as well as keeping the training experience fresh.Our STRONG TRIBE
training schedule allows for smart and progressive strength training for our clients whose main goal is to achieve optimal strength and muscle gains. We meet on Mondays (Squat-Push), Wednesdays (Upper Body) and Saturdays (Deadlift-Pull)
