During my 6 weeks of being with the tribe I learned so much. The trainers are patient and helpful. Monday’s with Chelsea was the right way to start your week! She always had something positive to tell us that would lead us through. The nutrition guide is really easy to follow and when I had any questions the Facebook page was great for answers. I was nervous when it came to an end because I had to do it on my own but because I know now how to fuel my body I am still losing weight and becoming healthier. I’m glad I had the lift to help me and I would recommend it to anyone who has been struggling to lose weight. They know the formula to a healthy lifestyle.-Tanya Kaiserian
I started at The Lift Gym for a variety of reasons but mostly because of my husband. At the end of last summer, he and I spoked candidly about wanting to do something to get ourselves back in shape. Being the competitive people we are, we decided to go in two paths of weight loss to see who could lose the most. The path I chose got me down 10 pounds. For me, it was a diet, I lost the weight, and then I was done. Meanwhile, I watched him go through his journey. He followed the diet provided by Matt Jennings, he went to The Lift Gym workouts, he spoke with wonderful, dedicated trainers, and he ultimately found a happiness and a feeling of accomplishment that was visible to everyone who knows him. He lost 31 pounds from The Lift Challenge, but the bigger picture was that he had embraced this new lifestyle that is easy to follow and good for our whole family.
When his challenge was over, I stopped drinking the “hater-aide,” and I put my feelings of jealously and defeat aside. I decided that I wanted this for myself. I quickly learned that the experience is much bigger than the diet or the workout…it is in fact an experience. I lost 21 pounds through The Lift Challenge. It is only time in my life that I have been happy to “lose”, and I’ve won so much more than just the challenge. I found myself again. The workouts brought me back to my days as an athlete and the weight loss made me fit into my old clothes again. However, it is the reflection in the mirror that means the most to me. I see myself again, and it’s not my fat self with excuses of being a full-time working mom of three. It’s my strong self, my confident self, my successful self. As with any weight loss program that delivers a significant amount of weight reduction in a short time frame, I was skeptical initially. Upon attending an orientation session, I was intrigued by the process which was backed by years of reading and research reviewed by the owner/founder Matt Jennings. I decided to sign up and give it a try, and upon completion of the six week challenge, I am proud to say I lost 21.2lbs. I want to take this time to thank Kathy and Matt for having such a great program that totally works! I heard of the Matt Jennings 6 week challenge over a year ago from my neighbor. She lost just over 20 pounds a year ago and is a member of your gym still today.. Though I did have weight to loose back then, I wasnt ready to take that step..Then it took a friend this January saying “I saw a post on FB about a weight lose challenge!” We looked into it and I realized it was the same challenge my neighbor did over a year ago. Unfortunately my girlfriend didnt join because she did not have the weight to loose. That didn’t stop me and I called. I spoke to Chelsea. She was so welcoming on the phone. I knew when speaking to her that I was ready to make a change! And even better yet, there was something Chelsea said to me that made me think of my 16 year old son. At that moment I wasn’t thinking of myself, I said this would be great for my son Michael. I want my children to live a healthier lifestyle with good diet and exercise. I myself never followed that coming from family where food and work was our lifestyle, having a family restaurant. Now My son works with family at a pizza shop. Bad eating habits developed for us through the years. So I asked my son if he would like to do this with his mom… I was happy to hear him say YES!. But there was a “but”. He said “yes, but mom, I want to pay this on my own!” Im so proud of my son… from the start of this challenge right to the end! From day one he helped me get organized and ready for our challenge, encouraging me..It was great having my son along side of me and together we made sure we Followed The Plan! We did well following the nutrition plan at home. But at the Lift gym, that was something all together new for both of us. Yes, we both were a bit nervous on day one at the gym, but at the end of the workout we felt great! By end of week one even better! Ok, we were sore in the first week, mom even more. Lol. But by end of week 2 no pain.lol. With out the help of your encouraging trainers, we may not been able to do it. They were always so supportive and helpful to both Michael and myself. So THANK YOU Chelsea, Andrew, Michaela and Joyce for helping us get where we are today.. And what great tribe members too! They were always there encouraging us and helping us along. And now 6 weeks later I am so happy to say between both Michael and I, we have lost 60 pounds! Michael alone loosing 33.9 lbs! It’s only been a few days since the challenge has ended and we know hard work is still up ahead of us. We will keep with us all that we have learned. I can not thank you enough for helping me, help my son! That alone was so important to me! My son and I got fit and healthy together because of your challenge! When asked how we lost the weight, I’m happy to say it was all due to The Lift Transformation Challenge and it’s Trainers!
When I first read about the program I was skeptical and was only 99% sure I would commit. So I attended an orientation, found that last 1% and signed up. Since then I’ve given 110% and both my body and spirit have reaped the rewards. The plan is simple: follow the directions. The difficult part was overcoming my emotional need and justifications for all the unhealthy eating habits I’ve been keeping, but with a fun and supportive crew at The Lift Transformation Gym, including the trainers and other transformation gym members, I succeeded. Based on the provided nutrition plan from Matt Jennings, I made smart yet significant changes and within the first 2 weeks I started to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit. The meal plan provides for an enormous range of food options, so I never felt trapped or bored with my meals, and I never felt starved during the day. The workout routine varied each day/week which allowed for a fresh workout for your body, and again I never got bored. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, and they provide modifications to exercises to fit your needs and current abilities. I lost 24.7 lbs in 6 weeks, and I gained confidence and power of mind and body! This program works. Get fit done!

“When I signed up for this program I was nervous. I had worked out and tried to eat right in the past, but had never been able to really follow a plan. When I saw the nutritional plan and workout plan, I wasn’t sure I would be able to follow through. But I took a leap of faith because I knew I was headed towards joint injuries, diabetes, and all the other health issues that come with obesity. When I showed up for my first workout on Monday January 11th, I quickly realized that I had made one of the best decisions in my life.
This program works. The nutritional plan is easy to follow and helps teach valuable lessons on meal preparation and portion control.And it provides enough options to keep things delicious. And the workout program is great! The trainers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The workouts are very challenging but not impossible at all. The trainers emphasize form so that I got the most of each rep I did. The environment is welcoming and the other members quickly become friends. I had been hearing things about a new program called “The Lift” through the grapevine and on Facebook last Spring. As I went through the summer, not really doing anything to help myself improve my fitness level, I started realizing that people I knew were joining the Transformation Tribe with amazing results. The fact that they were people like me, older moms with busy schedules, made me start to think seriously about giving it a try. If they could do it, maybe I could too.
The January 11 start date was a perfect time for me so I signed up. I can’t tell you how glad I am that I did. Yes, it’s a commitment, and yes it’s an adjustment, especially with the food plan, but it’s something that anyone can do. If you FTDI (follow the damn instructions) you WILL see results.
The trainers are all 100% committed to helping people achieve success. Chelsea, Andrew, Micaela, and Joyce were all supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. Matt was there from day 1 providing insight, and answers to any and all questions that were asked about nutrition or exercise. The Tribe family is also a Facebook post away offering encouragement and suggestions.
At the end of the six weeks I feel like I have so many tools in my tool box to help me continue to lead a more fit lifestyle. Besides losing weight I feel like I have more energy and am just overall in better health than when I started in January. I can’t encourage people enough to join “The Tribe”. I have to start by saying “Thank You” to both Kathy & Matt Jennings! I attended the Lift Evening Event in December with skeptic belief but willing to try for the outcome due to their excitement and details of your successful students. I had slightly over 20 pounds to lose so I signed up and showed up to the weigh in on January 9 with the program starting on Monday, January 11.
I attended classes 3 times a week – with Chelsea teaching most of the classes. Chelsea would consistently push us to the limit and provide us an inspiration message every Monday evening for us to follow all week. It was fun but tough! My other trainers included Diana, Michaela, and Andrew. Each one was wonderful and provided training in their own personal way. All the trainers were friendly, outgoing and focused my participation on utilizing the proper techniques. I always felt the workouts were unique, different and engaged my full body each time. I was typically tired and “happily” really sore the only first week.
I followed the meal plan exactly all 6 weeks, I had no hunger issues and no cheating. I must state I was not a fan of water but drank my daily amount each day – sometimes with lemon or just plain. I consistently lost 4 pounds each of the 1st four weeks & then slowly lost the remaining over the last 2 weeks – finishing with a little over 20 pounds lost. It was a long six weeks – I had many events during that time and held strong throughout. I took inspiration from the group Facebook posts and learning more about cage free eating. I already ate organic foods but know nothing about the “cage free” chicken, turkey or beef.
I am forever grateful by following my instincts to attend the initial presentation. Thank you for creating the Lift Transformation program that totally works – just as you said it would. Happily wearing my Lucky Jeans (size 6) again, which are loose.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure I could do it. Twenty pounds in six weeks seemed borderline impossible. Yet, here I stand six weeks later, 20.3 pounds down, feeling great, looking great, and marveling at my accomplishment. Our accomplishment. I couldn’t have done it without The Lift Gym. I started “The Lift” 6 weeks ago. My goal was to not quit after the first week and I didn’t, thanks to the help of all the wonderful “coaches”. The first week I felt so out of place but thanks to Chelsea, Joyce and Diana and their great instructions my confidence grew and by week three I thought I may actually be able to last all 6 weeks. I lost the 20lbs actually 21.1lbs, but not only did I lose the weight I gained balance, endurance, stamina as well as strength which has made me feel better than I have in years. “The Lift” was very helpful in giving the nutritional information I needed to achieve these results as well a printable nutrition guide which was so easy to follow. I have had a shoulder injury for the past two years all the instructors worked with me to accomplish a great work out and not aggravate my injury. Like I said in the beginning I never thought I would stick with a fitness program for 6 weeks but “The Lift” program is so easy to follow, I did stick with it and met the goal but unfortunately as much as I would love to stay with “The Lift” and do another transformation it is not just in the cards for me at this time. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to change their life for the better, it truly works.-Christine Walther
I lost 22.7 pounds in 42 days. I know I never could have done that without this program. I feel better and stronger than I have in a very long time. I also have gained knowledge and tools that I will carry with me in future eating. I look at eating and working out in a new way that will transcend this experience. I went into this challenge overweight, pre-diabetic, unhealthy, tired and out of shape. I am not a really big guy weighing in at 187, but because of the whole teams support and dedication I lost 23.5 pounds and I have never felt better. My “beer” belly is gone, my energy levels are up, I am not napping any more, and my sugar consumption is well under control. Thank good ness this all happened when we had a large snow storm so I could really put to test my stamina. Usually when shoveling snow, I tap out after 15 minutes. This time, two hours later I was still shoveling huge chunks of snow off my own driveway, and others as I didn’t want to stop. I am a better person now, physically, mentally and emotionally.
