Diana is NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She has been Personal training for over 8 years, working with various age groups and skill levels. She Loves helping people reach and exceed their fitness goals. She also competes in World Team Tennis, and United States Tennis Association mixed doubles, and women’s leagues at the NTRP 4.5 level. Diana’s training philosophy is “It’s not about being the best, it’s about being better than you were yesterday!”
