Here you have two options: Get on a treadmill and…I don’t know…turn it on and walk or run or do one of those stupid treadmill dances you see on youtube and hope your moon walk goes well. Or find where the iron lurks and get after it. You only need to understand this…The greatest manipulators of improved body composition are bodybuilders. They get after the iron because the iron is the undisputed means to building-a-body. Maybe just maybe you will find one here and there who bust out a stupid treadmill dance…I just don’t know of any off hand at the moment.
