Some people think those of us who work out on a consistent basis and really focus on supportive nutrition are “obsessed” or “taking things too far.”

Hmmmm. 

So, is NOT working out on a daily basis or eating like crap regularly “obsessive” or “taking things too far”?  ;-b

Well, if I’m going to be “obsessed” about something I’m going to make sure it’s yielding a POSITIVE result on my life and on others’…

So, I ask you this, what are you “obsessed” with?

What do you do (or don’t do) CONSISTENTLY?

How’s that working out for you?

Is it moving you closer to or further away from your goals?
