Our large group program is an effective and fun approach to exercise that gets our clients lean, fit and strong. A remarkable training experience with outstanding results.

Strong Tribe is a structured strength training/muscle building program. Please contact a Lift Gym team member for more info.
Class Size 6-12
Small Group Training is for those who want a more focused training experience for rapid results. 2-6 clients with 1 coach
