General Physical Preparedness…If you are not a bodybuilder training for ‘off season’ mass or a powerlifter pre-comp…then you are probably doing (should be doing) GPP. General strength training and conditioning work for the masses is what we all need. Set the clock for 25:00 and go.

PROWLER: Add 25#+ 50′ every round

C2: 150m

DKB: C/S/P Start w/1 Rep + 1 rep every round

TRX: Row 10/Push-Up 10

6-7 Rounds sounds about right.
