Large Group Is Built For You If…

What A Session Looks Like

  1. Check in & warm up

Walk in, drop your things, and jump into a group warm-up that gets everyone ready for the day's training — together.

  2. Coach-led strength training

Your coach runs the room through the day's program, demonstrating every movement and helping you pick the right weight. You're never guessing — just working.

  3. Push with the group

This is where large group shines. The energy of the room pulls more effort out of you than you'd ever find training alone — and every exercise still scales to your level.

  4. Wrap up

Finish strong, catch your breath with people who just did the same work you did, and head out feeling like you've already won the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Every exercise in a large group class scales to your level — your coach helps you choose weights and variations that match where you are today. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody gets thrown in the deep end.

Do I need experience with strength training?

No. Your coach demonstrates every movement and keeps an eye on the room throughout the class. If you’re brand new, your first session is a friendly assessment — see Your First Session for exactly what to expect.

How is large group different from small group training?

Both are fully coach-led strength training. Small group is capped at 6 with individually tracked progress; large group trades some of that individual attention for a bigger, higher-energy room at a friendlier price. Many members try both before settling on a favorite.

Is it competitive?

Only in the best way. The room’s energy is motivating, not intimidating — you’re training alongside neighbors in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, all working on the same thing: getting stronger.
