- 6 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, trimmed of any excess fat
- ½ cup of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. of lime juice
- 1 tsp. of grated ginger
- 1 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1 tsp. of toasted sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add chicken and be sure it is coated with the marinade before popping in the fridge for an hour.
Place on a hot grill or grill pan and cook for about six minutes on one side and then flip and cook about ten on the other. Allow the chicken to sit for about 5-10 minutes before eating.
