Paleo and Nut-Free Crispy Chicken Strips



  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a bowl combine flours, salt, and pepper
  3. In a separate bowl wisk together eggs
  4. Dip sliced chicken breasts into egg, then dredge in flour mixture- repeat until all chicken is coated
  5. Place chicken on lined baking sheet
  6. Bake until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through, but juicy in the center (about 10 minutes each side depending on thickness)
