We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

SMS Text Messaging and Consent
SMS consent is a separate, express opt-in. We only send text messages to people who have specifically asked to receive them. Submitting a digital or physical form, giving us your phone number, or agreeing to our general terms does not by itself enroll you in text messages. To receive SMS from THE LIFT, you must take a separate affirmative action: check the SMS consent checkbox on a form on this website or a landing page (it is never pre-checked), separately indicate your agreement to receive texts on a paper form, waiver, or enrollment agreement, or text us first.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy a membership, book a session, or use any of our services.
Each channel is opted into separately. Consent to receive text messages is collected and recorded on its own. Giving us your email address or agreeing to a phone call does not opt you in to SMS, and opting in to SMS does not obligate you to receive email or calls.
What we send. If you opt in, messages may include appointment and session reminders, scheduling changes, membership and account updates, coaching check-ins and follow-ups, replies to questions you send us, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your wireless carrier and are solely your responsibility.
How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel SMS at any time; you may receive a single confirmation message. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (732) 903-7512 for assistance.
No sharing of your mobile information. Mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS consent — will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for, and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Email and data deletion. You may unsubscribe from emails by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You may request deletion of your data at any time in writing to [email protected].
