Who is The Lift Gym for?

Adults 40 and over of all fitness levels who want to get strong, move better, and stay resilient. You don't need any experience — our coaches meet you exactly where you are and build from there.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to start?

Not at all. Your first session is a friendly assessment of how you move, and every workout is scaled to your level. Most people are surprised by how doable, and how welcoming, it feels.

What's the difference between small and large group training?

Small group is capped at 6 people for personalized coaching and tracked progress. Large group is a higher-energy, community-driven class. Both are fully coach-led, so you're always guided through your workout.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

We're at 413 Railroad Square, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Hours are Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM–7 PM, Friday 5:30 AM–6 PM, Saturday 7–10 AM, and closed Sunday.

How much does membership cost?
